1. All our products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL
2. Customer is responsible for all Duties, Taxes and Brokerage fees that may apply when receiving the product.
3. Any damages that may occur during shipping must be reported directly to the carrier company. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. We package our products well. All our guitars ship in Hardshell Cases unless otherwise noted

5. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We can only give you an estimated time of arrival.
6. We will provide you a tracking number only when available.
7. Please allow 24 to 48 hrs. for the processing of your order.
8. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9-3 EST If your payment is received after 11am you product will be prepared for shipping the next day.
